Inviting applications for the role of AssistantManager,NHIP and PRIME Program
Responsibilities
Project/program management exp. Will be responsible for creating integration plans for B3+ new hires, managing cadence with new hire and managers, monitoring progress, content delivery, executing pre-onboarding plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Execution rigor, Great collaborator Individual will be working closely with HR teams and business in helping build B3+ integration plans. tracking new hire integration progress, manage regular cadences etc.
Flair for technology will be a great add as we look to digitize our integration journeys in near future.
Coordinating with cross functional teams on E2E new hire experience from offer acceptance to onboarding to completion of 45 days integration journey.
Supporting program communication and dashboards
Drive process compliance by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them
Ensure Internal customer happiness and drive Hiring NPS
Critical issue point of contact to address business / partner customer concerns
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate
Program / Project management experience in IT / ITES industry
Preferred qualifications
MBA/Masters in HR
