MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL

Position:Team Leader for Quality Control Department responsible for incoming , in-process and final product inspection and quality control & overall responsibility of Quality Assurance (Quality Management Systems)

Qualification:Diploma (Elec./Mech/ Prodn. Engg) with experience in Engineering Quality Control & Quality Management Systems

Experience:8/10+ years in Quality Assurance & Quality control of Engineering component ISO 9001 certified Manufacturing Company, experience in ISO:TS/IATF 16949 Company would be preferred

Requisites:

1. Experience/ Knowledge in the various Quality Management Systems and Company Certifications for Quality, Environment & Services
2. Training & Experience in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and Environment Management Systems aka ISO 14001 either as Internal Auditor and/or MR.
3. Knowledge of Quality and Productive Improvement tool such as Kaizen, 5S, etc.
4. Experience of Heading a team of at least 5 sub-ordinates

Preferred candidates who have been working with companies manufacturing industrial electromechanical products such as electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, clutches, brakes, special purpose machines for metal cutting, cranes, hoists, etc or critical and precise automotive components.

Preferred Past experience in a small/medium organization not exceeding more than 200 people and an interest to work in a small/medium business organization and not a large organization
