Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-QA Test Lead
In this role, you will work with various Product development teams in Genome Program to implement Testing COE standards/DevOps for various SAAS, COTS & on premises applications
Responsibilities
Be focused on the Quality of the Projects/CR delivered to users and implement the best DevOps methodology using the latest tools and framework.
Design & Maintain Automation Framework and lead automation team for Regression Testing.
Design & Maintain Load Testing Framework and lead the Load Testing team.
Lead the Application Performance monitoring team to configure various APM products.
Flexible to work with cross-functional teams to create great customer experiences and implement high-quality code.
Create & Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports
Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
Work with cloud teams for deployment on Azure & AWS
Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated into CI/CD pipeline
Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from Development to a production environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Good hands-on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment, Understand business requirement
Manage pressure in a positive and resilient manner
Have good Analytical and Problem-solving Skills
Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good motivator and have good negotiation skills
Good Knowledge of Automation Frameworks like Selenium & OATS
Well versed in Load/Performance testing using Jmeter
Experience with package management tools of VSTS
Intermediate expertise in writing SQL queries
Knowledge of standard Change and Release Management process and agile methodology
Experience with GIT source control and associated plugins
Configuring build or continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ant, Maven, Shell, PowerShell)
Should be good with verbal and written communications, along with the ability to work with different project teams.
Preferred qualifications/Skills
ISTQB/ASQ certification
Knowledge of Test Automation tools Selenium, OATS
Knowledge of Load Automation tools Jmeter
AWS and MS Azure Fundamental knowledge
Knowledge of APM tools New Relic
