Job Description

Skill Requirement:

• Create and update Enterprise Group Policies using AGPM.
• Backup in Monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint protection systems.
• Windows and MAC client operating systems troubleshooting with the ability to Remote control.
• Escalation handling and troubleshooting for Apps packaging and SCCM issues.
• Emergency package creation & SCCM troubleshooting and guidance.
• Deploy printer drivers.
• Provide guidance to development and support teams regarding application integration into managed client systems to ensure maintainability, security and avoid conflicts with existing software.
• Research, evaluate and implement new technologies to improve stability and efficiency of client systems.
• Ticketing procedures using Service Now.
• Practical knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell or VB).
• Identify and resolve complex desktop hardware and software problems across the enterprise.
