Responsibilities:

Build:
- Own the product architecture
- Create common reusable components/libraries
- Write high-quality code to solve complex problems
- Evaluate new technologies and create POCs
Scale:
- Continuously optimize the application to meet the business growth
- Leverage AWS services
Leadership
- Attract, recruit & mentor engineers
- Regularly publish your learnings on our medium blog

Education/Experience

Key Requirements

High on customer-obsession
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver results
Understandings of engineering best practices, design patterns, and data structure
Proficient in Node.js
Experienced in MySQL / Postgresql
5+ years of experience in backend
