We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Sales & Commercial Advisory
This role involves leading solution discussions with client stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise to transform sales & commercial operations for leading consumer goods companies. You will closely liaise with operating teams to find opportunities to partner with analytics and digital service lines to deliver projects transforming our customers business processes.
Responsibilities
You are responsible to provide process and digital transformation expertise ranging from business diagnostics, organization design, business process design, sales transformation, Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Customer Service
You will participate as a subject matter expert in workshops with client teams and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Sales transformation, Trade Promotion Management, Customer Service
You will lead process reviews documenting current business processes, roles and responsibilities and work with team members to provide specific client solutions and process transformations to drive productivity and busines impact for our customers
You will contribute to building deep, differentiated capabilities across the end-to-end value chain in Consumer Goods developing insights, standard methodologies, technology solutions, integrated analytics offerings etc.
You will work on service line projects to deliver high quality project deliverables and complete project tasks on schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Skills
Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods with relevant experience in applying technology to drive business transformation
Hands on experience in various sales & commercial business processes such as order management, sales planning, sales forecasting , trade management, promotion planning, order management, and performance tracking and analysis.
Experience in delivering high quality large-scale projects across multiple industries, and recognized as an expert in multiple sales & commercial business processes and delivering business value from technology-based solutions
Working knowledge of any of the ERP & TMS systems like SAP, ORACLE, etc.
Consultative selling skills, effective time management, and commitment to project deadlines
Self-starter who understands Genpact s unique value proposition and is able to position us accordingly
Familiar in operating in a matrix structure and should work well with multiple internal groups and a diverse set of partners
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Must be willing to travel as needed

Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following:
o Trade Promotion Management
o Trade Promotion Optimization
o Business Process Assessments
o Order Management
o Stock Allocation
o Customer Service
