Job Description

What You Will Do

Lead the Development team for a heathcare product of Harman Manage the Cost, Schedule and Quality of the product
Run the team in an Agile way - following scrum methodology Promote and contribute to innovation and patents
Collaborate with the Product Owner for Scope and Priority Definition and demonstrating progress
Work with the different stakeholders for UI/UX Design, Legal, Process Excellence, and documentation teams

What You Need

Demonstrated experinence of having lead a team of 20+ engineers for 3 years
Demonstrated experience of having worked on java/j2ee technologies for at least 7 years
Demonstrated experience of having worked on Android/iOS for at least 3 years
Lead the team with Agile/Scrum methodologies for a minimum 3 years Well versed with the Cloud (AWS/Azure) and knowledge of the security considerations
