Role:
As part of the Digital Sapiens, you will lead implantation of projects for Sapiens customers using the newest technologies and a state-of-the-art BI Platform. You will own the entire technical aspects of the project and lead the project agile team. You will have overall responsibility for building the project solution, managing the project timeline as well as actively participating in hands on coding. In addition, you will mentor other team members and bring them to speed with up-to-date technology and engineering best practices. You will make critical project decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule with the best quality output.

Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that customer implementation projects are delivered in scope, on-time, with superior quality and on-budget
Utilize Agile project management methodologies and relevant supporting software in the planning, scheduling, reporting and change management of the projects.
Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Seek opportunities for improvements and up-sells
Act as the project technical lead, creating project level architecture and providing technical solutions for custom features
Designing and developing new features as well as adjusting and configuring existing features according to customer needs
Assisting in troubleshooting complex technical problems at development and production stages
Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet to do the same
Responsible for code design, quality, and implementation in accordance with Sapiens standards
Responsible for Project Governance - provision of customer project statuses, project timeline maintenance, project plan performance reporting, etc.
Act as the team scrum master, ensure that the backlog is well groomed and prioritized
Audit implementations to ensure the implementation processes defined internally are followed
Manage customer expectations and deliverables including as appropriate client issues management and escalation.
Technical Project Manager skills and qualifications
Experience and understanding of different ETL tools and BI 3.0 technologies; Informatica Tool Knowledge is preferred
Good understanding in the ETL Advanced concepts, Performance tuning, Troubleshooting and administration activities to support RD/Projects
Should have Experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Datawarehouse and Data Mart design and make required model extensions for Transactional and Analytical models
Should have a theoretical, if not practical, understanding of Data Streaming, Data Lakes, Data Enrichment and Big Data concepts
Experience and understanding of the Project Management framework, agile/scrum, waterfall, and hybrid
Experience of working on Insurance Banking domain is preferred
