Job Description
This position will play a primary role in leading and executing all aspects of Project and delivery development including successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The role requires hands-on project management experience, ability to take initiatives, develop and evolve processes, and manage stakeholder and client expectations. A leader by nature expected to build, mentor, and manage multiple projects and teams by remaining flexible with agility.
Mandatory Skills Competencies:
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) holder have worked at least 1 year as a Scrum Master
- Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in managing one or more agile based software development projects from initiation to continuous delivery with a team size of at least 6
- Proven experience of Project Management skills including software development metrics, delivering projects to time, cost, and quality with foresight to assess risks early in project life cycle
- Good experience with developing relevant processes to ensure smoother delivery of projects and milestones
- Demonstrated experience of managing project life cycle including generating various trend chart dashboard using tools like JIRA with AIO, TFS, Trello, Microsoft Project etc
- Involve in building, training, and mentoring high performing team to meet delivery targets by remaining predictable
- Lead the team with company values and deliver value to customers
- Good collaboration skills to closely work with the team stakeholders, manage customer expectations and day to day operations of the team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Have at least 1 year of experience of managing onshore and offshore sprint team model
