Job Description

Dear candidate,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of FIGMD.

We are currently hiring for Associate Software Engineer for permanent role with FIGMD. This role involves you working out for FIGMD (when the office resumes). Please go through the JD mentioned below and give your acknowledgement for the same.

Major Responsibilities

Perform BAU operational activities for Registry on-boarding as per the agreed

time lines

Ensure all RT Tickets are kept updated at regular intervals

Highlight/Escalate any tasks stuck due to dependencies from other teams (internal/external)to Team

Lead

Prepare reports for all data into systems and prepare required reports for all end users

Help Team lead/Operational Lead to understand problems and provide logical solutions

Timely and accurate update of timesheet Documentation and analysis of current and future processes

Installations / Upgrades / Patches

Ensure all the data complies with legal regulations

Competencies:

General Skills:

Team Player, Flexible

Strong written communication skills

Excellent grasping capability with focus on improving quality of

Technical/Domain Skills :

Understanding of SDLC

Sound knowledge of MS SQL programming and/or Java Programming, C#

XML Parsing

SQL is Mandatory

Education (Required):

BE-IT/CS, BCS/BCA
