Candidate will be responsible for provide demonstrations of defined company technical solutions to potential & existing customers. Acting as the face of the company, this incumbent will constantly and successfully demonstrate confidence, professionalism, approachability as well as product knowledge during client presentations.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Will be responsible for Customer success, Client Onboarding.

2. Organize and manage software demonstration to clients by virtual settings.

3. Will be responsible for implementing best practices for keeping clients happy and getting ratings.

4. Should have worked on SAAS based application with sound knowledge of e-commerce industry.

5. Should be capable for handling client queries through phone, E-Mail & Chat Process.

6. Will be responsible for providing Product demonstration / software support and application demonstration online.

7. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints.

8. Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Should be BA/B.Tech, B.E /MBA with at least 3+ years of customer-facing presentation or public facing experience along with the ability to effectively communicate product demonstration.

2. Excellent organizational, written & verbal communication skills are a must

3. Prior exp. of working in a customer-facing role with Software support.

4. Shift timing: 11:30 PM to 08:30 am

5. Location: Noida-62

Note: Initial 6 month work from home during pandemic/Covid-19.
