Location - Gurgaon/ Kolkata
Job Summary
As the Procurement Advisory - Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting in running competitive bid engagements while managing the lifecycle of the competitive bidding process for external clients across a number of categories
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the competitive process for global clients
- Formulation of Inquiries (RFI, RFP, RFQ) based on assessments of clients business need.
- Utilizes online sourcing tool for distribution and collection of RFx related materials from bidders while ensuring that bidders have adequate instruction and technical support for the online sourcing tool.
- Coordinates with multiple stakeholders and business partners as necessary for input and collaboration throughout RFx lifecycle.
- Supports clients procurement teams, as necessary, by providing supplier analysis, identifying suggested preferred suppliers and drafting of pricing models
- Make recommendations internally based on RFx output received from participating bidders, using industry best practice approaches.
- Develop category expertise
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelors degree
Work Experience
1-2 Years of experience
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-RFX Management (RFQ Preparation, Management & Release)
- In-depth knowledge of the Procurement domain with a good understanding of complete procurement cycle
- 1-2 years of experienced in e-procurement.
- Should have working knowledge on at least one of the e-procurement platforms like Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, etc
- Working well both independently or as a member of a team.
