Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

Required:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree is required
• 3-7 years of industry experience and Process Know-how in the Utilities Industry: Power, Gas and Water
• Must of knowledge in one of the following functional areas:
• IS-U Rates and Billing
• IS-U Device Management
• Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
• IS-U Energy Data Management
• CRM for Utilities
• Mobile Solutions and AMI (desirable)
• Strong experience on the SAP ERP (desirable)
• Worked on implementation/support project of the most recent version
• Should have run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes to SAP
• Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management processes
• Experience in ITSM tools and methodologies
