Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Execution: Exhibit significant in-depth knowledge on processes, techniques, methodologies, tools and equipment used with an enhanced focus on safety, quality and productivity. Implements industry standards, best practices within the domain.
- Support production team to resolves productivity & layout issues and guide the team as required being a subject matter expert.
- Risk and opportunity Management: Own and maintain risk registers for the processes owned by the function. Ensure the company's and customers' intellectual properties are protected.
- Networking: Maintain good relationships with all internal and external stakeholders for result-oriented transactions.
- Management information system: Work closely with the functional leader to identify the opportunities for improvement of key performance measures moving towards excellence.

Additional Information:
Minimum educational qualification:
Graduate in Industrial Engineering with at least 10 to 15 years of experience with significant experience in managing small group of industrial engineers.
Work experience:
10 to 15 years in Aerospace/related industry pertaining to Industrial engineering. Must have experience related to IE in Aerospace/Automotive Harness manufacturing.
Having experience related to IPC 620 WHA manufacturing process will be preferred.
Exposure to management systems like AS9100, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO31000
Any other specific requirement:
Must have related work experience to Manufacturing/Process engineering activities in wire harness and Panels assembly.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace standards, harness and panels manufacturing process.
Must have hands on work experience of any of the 2D/3D CAD tools like AutoCAD, UG, NX, Catia etc.
Must have working experience related to LEAN Tools / VSM / 5S / VEVA / Plant layouts etc.
