Note :
- This role involves working into shifts only.
- Also, note that this will be under Support Service domain of Cybage hence the designation will be given accordingly

Skills :
- Strong verbal, written communication & customer service Skills
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Database and troubleshooting data issues
- Understanding of SSRS and other reporting tools is an added advantage
- Should have and understanding of windows server 2008, 2012 and 2016
- Should have basic understanding of IIS concepts
- Ability to quickly learn third party applications like CAD, Revit etc. and their integration.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
- Documentation of case progress, timely communications, ensuring that the SLA requirement is met.
- Ability to recreate problems in house and provide evidence where bug fixes are required.
- Ability to work in high pressure situations and deliver resolution to cases
