Job Description

This resource is responsible for the IT account management from location perspective for all the domestic accounts. He is also responsible for the location compliance posture from SCCM, patching, Antivirus and other mandate requirements.

With SU for the accounts going down, the count of AHA has increased resulting in the group supporting a higher number of desktops and users. The group has been stretching week on week to ensure support coverage. Also because of the COVID 19 situation the group supports movement of users and desktops from AHA to back to office and vice versa. There are a number of compliance activities lined up and these resources are needed on an urgent note to get the activities completed and strengthen the new BAU..
