**Only International Voice experience Team Leaders OR Acting TL (SME) can apply**

Education: Graduate or HSC

Experience
Candidates should at least have 6 months of experience in handling a team as a Team Leader in International Voice process.

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
Should able to communicate to the client as and when required.
Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feed back regularly.

Soft Skills: (Job related)
Excellent Communication skills.

Should be a go-getter
Should be able to take decisions independently

Others:
Should be willing to work in US night shift.
Mandatory: US shift.

Salary CTC - INR 5.5 Lac (Depends on last salary and experience)

Job Location: Chennai (Kandanchavadi) & Nagpur (Mihan)
