5.Supporting D365/ERP processes and workflows, Supporting End user queries.

6.Managing IT procurement's, Timely renewal of IT services and contracts.

7.Stakeholder Management & People Management

Academic & Professional Qualifications/Experience / CTC LPA

B.Tech (Computers) / MCA / M.Sc. IT / Exp.( 5+ Years)

Preference Cement industry

Technical Skills - Managing Datacenter equipment's, server hardware, Firewalls and switched network infrastructure, End user computing, O365 license management, Active Directory management, In Plant

logistic support (Auto plant), D365/ERP modules processes and workflows.

IT Operational management - Implementing and managing ITIL/ITSM practices, Managing IT support staff & off role IT employees, IT Ticket management with Monthly reporting.

People & Stakeholder Management - Managing stakeholder & end user support queries, Managing onsite escalations.

Financial Management - Managing IT Procurement, IT Budget and commercial activities for grinding unit.

Project Management - Managing Deployment of IT initiative, Service Improvement plans & Projects. Managing Conflicts and issues during project execution. Timely reporting of project status.
