Job Description
Our client is into Elevate HVAC Engineers, operational from 2007 & with project execution based on PAN INDIA. They are specialized in all Air-Conditioning products and has an added advantage of expert execution of VRV system leveraged through young dedicated team of specialized technocrat.
Awarded by LG, Carrier as Highest Media Sales, Daikin and many more.
We had handled projects like National Museum of Indian Cinema, Bharat Serum, SBI General Insurance
1. Project Engineer (HVAC):
Applicants we with experience of minimum 2 year are welcomed
The work life of Project Engineer would be
- Responsible for understanding & coordinating for allocated projects.
- Preparation of technical submittals, sample boards, BOQ, Material tracker sheet etc
- Review Drawing / Designs and details related to the project
- Interaction with clients, PMC, consultants for project management
- Assign work and timeliness and ensure implementation of the same
- Monitoring the Execution of work for installation, commissioning and validation
- Ensure collection of data, do analysis to achieve relevant quality and safety
- Overcome constraints, work out alternatives to the design in case of difficulties
- Maintenance of records for respective area
- Should be able to track project from time to time to achieve agreed deadlines
- Preparing measurement sheet
- Coordination for generating bills & follow up for payments
- Preparation & handing over of various reports & documents
2. Estimation Engineer (HVAC):
Applicants we with experience of minimum 2 year are welcomed
The work life of the Engineer would be:
- Basic knowledge of heat load, material cost and AutoCAD is must
- Experienced in preparing estimation based upon the tender or inputs given
- The candidate should know detailed costing
- A good communication skill is must
