Job Opening with Flex -Java Fullstack developer @ Chennai

Experience level: 4.6 years to 8years

The Senior Developer - IT will be based in Chennai.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Core Developer for Web Applications and should be able to apply logical thinking in providing solutions
• Should be able to demonstrate strong prowess on web technologies and should be able to technically guide junior team members
• Should be well versed with Project Life cycle and should be able to work along with multiple teams to complete deliveries
• Should be able to understand requirements and should be able to create and work on technical tasks in building the same
• Should be able to make technical design and apply design patterns as required.
• Should be able to support continuous improvement by Investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting for architectural review

Here is some of what you will need:

• Must have hands on experience with  Weblogic 11g
• Good Knowledge and experience in using Spring and Hibernate
• Basic understanding of Design Patterns and able to apply knowledge to practical problems
• Should have hands on experience in handling production issues and should be able to provide adhoc solutions
• Should be able to write advanced SQL queries and procedures
• Exhibit Enthusiasm in learning new technologies.
• Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate ability to communicate well with other members of the team and with non-technical end users

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of  experience in developing web applications in Java, J2EE. Strong knowledge on Java is a must
• Experience in UI technologies will be an added advantage
• Self-directed, organized, and motivated
• Very Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
