Roles and Responsibilities

• Selling products by explaining product features & benefits to walk-in customer at dealer showroom.
• Meeting retail consumers, customers like plumbers, contractors, architects, builders and dealers to convince on Brand.
• Creating demand for the product at the consumer level and directing the consumers to the closest dealer.
• Completing the sales process by ensuring billing to the end consumers.
• Planning the time between showroom and market, site cold calling.
• Attending to consumers complaints in use of the products, suggesting the remedial measures.
• Collecting information regarding opportunities for sale such as construction activity.
• Achieving decided target for secondary sales per months.
