Minimum 2 6 years of experience in Oracle Stack Applications ( Siebel ) in OSS/BSS environment across Mobile, Fixed Line & BRM
Software Quality experience including defect management for applications based on Oracle Siebel ( CRM, BRM, OSM)
Understanding of Production Incidents tracking, triaging & replicating process
Experience with Test tools ( HP Mercury/JIRA)
Hands-on experience in Siebel CRM, OSM, FMW & BRM
Hands on experience in Unix, SQL
Experience of Functional Testing including System, Integration, regression testing as well as data migration
Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge
Data Migration, Data Loading and Data Transformation
Strong in PL/SQL Scripts and Write procedures
Define data migration KPIs and write RECON scripts for testing
Quality testing of data
Analyse gap between legacy system and to-be system
Prepare documentation for migration at different stages
