Job Description
Position: Officer/ Sr. Executive/ AM/DM (Designation open) - Shipping
Department:* Exports
Location:* Gurgaon
Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate/ Diploma in Exports & Import Management
Experience:--10+yrs
Industry From --Manufacturing Industry
Skill and Competencies
1. Dispatch / Invoicing of Finish goods / Stock Transfer
2. Coordination with Sales, Marketing, PPC and plants.
3. Knowledge of shipping documents like GST, VAT, E-Way bill, Road permit etc.
4. Project shipment knowledge like Packing list preparation / identification etc.
5. Planning & scheduling of dispatches, Transports, Logistics.
6. Contract management for transporter / loading / unloading.
7. Warehouse Mmanagement of finish goods.
8. Labour Handling
9. Must have knowledge of domestic and Export invoicing requirements.
10. Good knowledge of Insurance clauses and claim handling procedures.
11. Liaison with Govt. officials and auditors.
Additional requirement
Working on ERP environment / Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / Power Point).
Knowledge of ARE-1, E - Container sealing must.
