Drafting of lease and sale agreements.
Due diligence of property titles
Drafting of Memorandum of understandings
Drafting of different Contracts and notices
Various compliance
Exp in the Real Estate / Land Acquisition Industry will be preferred.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate from LLB/ LLM
Experience as a legal Advisor will be given preference
Should be from real estate background
Should be good at drafting in Marathi and English language
