Job Description
1) Study & Preparation ,inputs ,circulation of execution budgets,important details ,commercial .process, Bar chart ,S&I BOQs, net costs,
PO/WO, make list.
2) Site kick off meeting along with seniors for entire execution plan & its
strategy.
3) Follow up of review of Bar chart Vs Actual status, Preparation &
Circulation of review report along with delay.
4) Follow up of and review of Budget Vs Actual status - along with cost
5) Co-ordination & review mails to client regarding site clearances
,drawing receipt , time extension, various approvals etc..
6) Reporting to all seniors as per their requirements, required site visits
along with them
7) Co-ordination in Tools & tackles related queries purchase of new tools,
solving & its solution .
8) Review and expedite coordination Site Closure time line after
completion of major activities.
9) Coordination with site team ,any concerns regarding progress
,clearances & work actions
10) Attending WRM ,internal back office meeting ,other departments
meeting ,Audit MOM etc..
11) System improvement, training ,PM meet Schedule & its organize &
conduction for site team
12) Follow up ,taking inputs ,coordination with all department as per
requirement
13) Review & coordination in MPP along with site team
14) Coordination in manpower ,staff ,sources for site team
15) Coordination in material requirement & its delivery
16) Coordination in Mobilization ,site store set up requirement & its
delivery
17) Coordination- site staff ,SC ,in house team budget /funds /expenses
requirement.
18) Preparation of SC rate list & comparison with budgets & finalize SC.
19) Sourcing of SC / in-house team& various vendors required for electrical
/civil /HT line works
20) Detail Coordination with End client with CSR and progress of projects.
