Daily rejection / rework analysis at the end of shift and preparing countermeasures to control and avoid the repeated quality defects

Responsible for preparing work standards, operator check sheet & supervisor check sheet for all new projects.

Responsible for operator training for explaining defect details and other quality checks.

Responsible for recording daily defect details and conveying the trends to top management.

Conducting supplier audits for new developments & existing issues for continuous process improvements; identifying root cause of problems by using QC tool.
