What We are Looking For:
B. Tech + MBA with Certifications in PMP /PRINCE 2 /ITIL Certified
Charismatic, customer focused leader with 15-18 years in IT service delivery
Must have managed complex and high scale projects coupled with Strong Delivery Management experience
A Start-up Mind with experience in managing large globally distributed project teams who are not reporting directly
Proven experience in inspiring and growing culture and results for a team of 100+
Software delivery background and experience within the DIGITAL domain (Java/Web/Mobile/Cloud). Application / Digital Engineering is strongly preferred
Experience in Financial Services Industry is an added advantage
