Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1.Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
2.Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
3.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
4.Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
5.Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
6.Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
7.Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
Job Requirements
1.Domains: Should have worked on multiple domains in spanning his career and should be willing to learn and adjust to any new domain.
2.Quick Learner: Should be able to quickly grasp the domain and also should be able to convert domain knowledge to functional and technical specifications.
3.Team Management: Should be able to lead the team and make sure development activities are assigned and also being tracked for completion.
4.Diagrams: Should be hands-on on creating functional flow documents
5.Communication: Should be able to communicate with the client and also work on the development team
6.Ownership: Take the ownership of all levels of software development life cycle.
7.Development: Should be hand-on development at the backend and database level. Should be willing to perform development in-case tasks assigned.
8.Excellent problem-solving skills.
