Legal Manager @ Augmont Goldtech

Job Description

• Drafting various Agreements, vetting of Agreements, litigation matters, due diligence and co-ordinating with external Advocates and Solicitors for the company
  
• 1st Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents and coordination with the panel of lawyers to ensure documents are legally sound. Management of all Consultant Contracts. Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
  
• Visit competent Authorities for documentation, follow up and keep the record of the same. Preparations of case drafts
  
• Coordination and Briefing / discussion with the lawyers for legal cases and to negotiate the fees structure of the Advocates.
  
• Coordinate and make arrangements required for Arbitration proceedings and provide the required documents to appointed Advocate for proceeding of Arbitration. Drafting, negotiating and finalizing Agreements, especially those relating to Property viz. MOU, Joint Venture Agreement, various Deeds, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, etc related arrangements. Drafting Suits, Written Statement, Appeals, Applications, Complaints, Notices, Replies, etc. and court filing & documentation. Look after Civil and Revenue litigation before different Courts and Tribunals.
  
• Provide legal advice, strategy and legal opinion on various legal issues. Carry out title investigation and due diligence in respect of various properties and issue Title Reports and etc. Provide guidance to top management and the junior team members within the team
