In this role you will be responsible for simplifying complex IT Systems solutions for customers in all industries, understanding how to structure a process capture and process improvement initiative and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision-making process.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities include
Understanding the insurance (policy issuance, claims, etc.) and re-insurance processes for specialty lines of business / Banking or Capital markets.
Understanding F&A Functions i.e. Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source to procure etc.
Understanding the as-is operating model, process landscape, L3-L5 processes for a given function, department, and organization
Defining the target state processes leveraging the BPM/digital capabilities, to help clients unleash the potential benefits
Running of requirements gathering workshops with customers, analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting requirements, and relaying these to other members of the group
Writing concept, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria s, use cases and process design documents
Digital know-how Well versed with Orchestration or RPA solutions.
Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage and develop the account, again with support from the Project/ Account Manager
Project Management for work packages within wider projects
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors/Graduation/Equivalent
Preferred qualification
Experience in one or more domain areas such insurance, F&A, supply chain etc
Experience in Operational excellence related projects
Experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects.
Experience of leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis
Experience in complicated software projects
Experience in direct work with the customers
