We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics
The Digital Analytics implementor role is part of Digital analytics team that partners with agile, technology, measurement and marketing teams to design and develop analytical solutions and support teams with analysis and reports that showcase values of key digital strategies. These solutions are developed in-house and built based on Ensighten, Adobe Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360 principles.
Responsibilities
Support 3-4 agile teams working on digital platforms & collaborate with Technology and UX teams to understand feature/platform & implement Adobe/GA 360 solutions via Tag Management System
Digital measurement & analytics, Adobe / GA 360, experience in digital data (front end & backend), experience in querying and generating insights using data from multiple sources such as data warehouses / data lake, experience in SAS / R / Python
Responsible for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project, also perform quality checks and provide required sign off and take ownership for data accuracy and integrity, for developed functions
Partner with Digital analytics product owner, business and platform teams, create Analytical requirements or stories, partner with agile and DMA teams to implement analytics data solution.
Build stakeholder relationship and will be responsible for all affective communications of the projects assigned
Should be a strong storyteller and have in-depth technical knowledge of each project
Document and upload technical solutions onto common drive and confluence
Will be responsible for project management by providing priorities, direction, business alignment, task execution, technical solutioning and career guidance (to CG resource)
Should be able to effectively assess the project execution and communicate it to stakeholders constructively.
Be responsible, committed to the last mile execution of projects and code reviews
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/ Postgraduate
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Hands on experience on implementing Adobe Analytics, GA 360 and any tag manager; Adobe Launch/DTM, GTM, Ensighten, Tealium
Experience in querying and generating insights using data from multiple sources such as data warehouses / data lake, experience in SAS /SQL/ R / Python
Should have knowledge on writing technical requirements
Skills Proficiency in MS OFFICE
Effective communication skills
Proven ability in project management, delivering and reviewing business results with clients and peers
Exposure to marketing and retail concepts
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and aptitude
Ability to manage multiple projects.
