We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Sales Incentive Planning
In this role, you will be responsible to support customer in Sales Incentive Planning administration process to calculate the incentive payouts..
Responsibilities
Responsible for SIP Admin services such as quota setting, for applicable KPIs for calculation of the sales incentive payout
Ensure accuracy of calculated payout
Obtain the complete approval for the payouts from the stakeholders (sales manager, sales support team, HR etc.) before releasing the payouts
Responsible for maintaining data accuracy relevant to SIP Machine data controls for execution of seamless payout process
Perform SIP machine data accuracy checks and liaise with the teams to resolve the issues
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Honours/Bachelor s degree in software engineering, data analytics or any other engineering field is mandatory
Master s degree in software engineering or similar engineering fields a plus
Preferred qualifications
Excellent excel skills in data analysis- Advanced Excel, Power point
Good presentation and communication skills
Prior experience in Sales Performance Management a plus
Capacity to handle work stress and meet project deadlines
Solid problem solving and analytical capabilities
Capacity to work with multiple stakeholders, and be influential and amenable
