JOB DISCRIPTION
The candidate is expected to handle a team of designers. Guide and support with creative & technical aspects of office interiors. Should have thorough knowledge in Office Interiors and Service coordination's. Must be well versed with corporate interior designing and material usage .Must have prior experience in handling team , co-ordinating with site team and service consultants. Should be able to single-handedly steer the conceptual designs, presentations of facilities. Should be able to co-ordinate with designers, 3D visualizers and graphic designers. Candidate is expected to have an overview of the site work on regular basis to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities andSkills
Candidate should be well versed in space planning of office projectsinAutoCAD
Candidate is expected to meet deadlines and maintain quality ofdeliverables
The candidate is expected to have knowledge of current market materials and vendors.
Experience in Site coordination andexposure tovendorinteractions.
Candidate is expected to haveteam developmentskills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detailis must.
Strong interaction, communication, sketching, and presentation skills expected.
Education:B.Arch.,M.Arch,MastersDegreein Interior design
Technical skills:AutoCAD, MS office,BasicSketchup, Photoshop
Work Experience:Minimum6 9years experience working oncommercialinteriors design projects(Co-working experience is optional)
