Job Description
Process Developer - Accounts Payable
Ensure the delivery and execution of Accounts Payable (AP) services of the Financial Shared Services Organization. Facilitate and manage communication and issue resolution between our external vendors as well as internal customers
Responsibilities- Perform AP process like Invoice processing/Payment/Exception resolution/Tracking & Reporting etc.
- Work with other organizations, such as Master Data, Procurement and General Ledger, to ensure end-to-end process efficiency
- Responsible for month end closings and reconciliations. Ensure the proper application of both GAAP and local statutory requirements over transactions impact the balance sheets.
- Provide analytics as requested by AP leader and/or business
- Responsible for keeping deadlines; meeting the quantitative and qualitative requirements and measures.
- Assure that all procedures are in compliance, and provide accounting guidance as needed
- Support AP leader in identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions
- Proven AP working experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office. Ability to master ERP systems
- Good communication skills - Good written and verbal language skills, as per country requirement for the in scope profile
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- High customer service orientation
- Positive attitude with a focus on execution
- Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlines on time
- Demonstrate and foster customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative and innovation
- Decision taking ability under tight deadlines
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Accounting/Economic degree or equivalent.
- SAP Experience.
- Completed Improvement Projects
