Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively perform inbound calls to target prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team to build pipelines and close deals.
- Must have experience in brand and generic calls
- Knowledge of GDS-Amadeus, Galileo, and Worldspan is required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have experience on Destination oriented calls
- Excellent Geographical knowledge
- Should be passionate about Travel Sales.
- Amending and Cancelling Flights, Processing Refunds, Re- pricing, Making New Reservations.
- Expert in handling Airline Calls and Online Queries.
- Meeting Monthly Performance Metrics.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Should be comfortable with US shift
