Job Description
5 to 10 Years with relevant experience of minimum 5 years
Graduate in any stream, Bachelors of Engineering (BE) is Recommended
- 1. Lead Auditor / Implementer of ISMS / BCMS Standards
- 2. Sound knowledge of current technology trends and business continuity aspects
Good to have:
ISO 22301 Lead Auditor
IT DR Specialist Certified
ISO 22301 Implementation Experience
Certified BUSINESS CONTINUITY PROFESSIONAL
1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining the BCP and IT DR plan for the organization
2. Assisting and handholding with various departments in conducting Business Impact Analysis
3. Assisting in conducting organization level risk assessment in line with Business Continuity
4. Conduct workshops for stakeholders / departments on Business Continuity
5. Be a single point of contact in addressing queries from various existing and prospective clients/ RFPs relevant to BCP
6. Ensuring that the BCP Tests are conducted as per the calendar and maintain records for various audits
7. Represent the organization in all information security and client audits
8. Conduct BCMS Internal Audits as and when required
9. Implement Near DR, FAR DR, Work from Home / Anywhere BC Solution, Crisis Management Plan
10. Conduct BCM Training Sessions
11. Prepare Organization for ISO 22301 Implementation
12. Flexible to work in US Shifts
