Job Description
Hiring freshers for Service Desk Associate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Basic Computer knowledge to troubleshoot desktop, laptop and
answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web.
- Managing Data and implementing changes, providing employees/Clients
with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving
complaints.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues, request, and take care
of the complete operations.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving
hardware or software faults.
Qualification:Any Degree (Excluding BE/ Btech, MBA, Mtech, Msc, Mcom)
only 2019/2020 Freshers can apply
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Willing to work in Rotational shifts.
- Willing to Relocate.
5 days working/ 2 rotational off
1.8 LPA
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Banglore
As if now Work from Home.
