LEAD (SOLUTION && DELIVERY)
ROLE
DESCRIPTION
Responsible to deliver high quality technical
solutions, skilled engineers leading and provide
technical support during the sales / pre-sales
process. The Practice Lead will remain a part of
the Service Line organization and will work
closely with the Service Line Partner in ensuring
successful customer service delivery.
Key responsibilities of the Healthcare Practice
Lead include the following:
Develop / Drive technical solutions to help
improve delivery efficiency
Provide delivery support to resolve technical and
delivery issues
Pre-sales support for proposals in terms of
technical approach and estimations
People career development
Continuous reskilling / upskilling in the practice
Work with sales / service line solutions group to
develop new technical solutions based on inputs
from customers or market trends
LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Management
Participate in customer visits, share details of practice capabilities, share
points of views on technology trends and experiences from other
customers.
Engage with customers to drive innovations, value adds and drive testing
delivery
Service Delivery Management
Support pre sales activities with the vertical sales and account teams
Support in resource planning, talent acquisition based on customer
demand.
Bring thought leadership to IG through workshops, methodologies, tools
&& case studies showcasing Service Lines capabilities.
Service Capability Management
Revenue growth of the practice
Pre-sales support and Technical && Healthcare expertise for prospects
Support Healthcare IG to take technology solutions to the market
Implement Service Line solutions / accelerators that provide a
differentiator and benefits to the customers / prospects
Participate in workshops that showcases Service Lines capability
Thought leadership and best practices sharing across accounts within the
IG and from the practices through connect sessions
Build Healthcare testing capabilities within the practice including
through training initiatives and certifications
Required Experience Profile
1. 18+ years in Test Engineering with at least 10+ years in
Healthcare Industry
2. Experience in testing on applications and products in the Payer,
Provider and / or Med-tech domains
3. Proficient in understanding the regulatory compliances like
HIPAA, Validation testing and has tested products with HL7
standards
4. Has led / managed a large team of 100+ or has led / managed
multiple teams / accounts as part of test delivery excellence with
stakeholder management including business program directors
5. Has experience and / or has led teams in the areas of Automation,
Performance, Security, Package and Digital applications
6. Manage a wide range of service delivery and service assurance
test programs in support of key initiatives
7. Drive delivery excellence in testing programs by tracking SLAs
and report to the customer on a regular basis
