Are you the one we are looking for

Inviting applications for the role of AM, OTC Collection
In this role, you will be managing Business to Business [B2B] collection portfolio of one of the G verticals and handle Dispute management

Responsibilities
Driving B2B timely collections from clients spreading globally across industries. You will be aligned to one of the G vertical to drive business collections [G Verticals: Consumer goods, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking etc.]
Quick dispute management by collaborating between different teams and clients to ensure timely resolution
Meet standards of accuracy and TAT, and ensure invoices are paid on time
Reconciliation of account in case of dispute of payments by clients
Partnering with cash application team for effective and timely cash application
See opportunities for standardization and automation of processes to drive efficiency in collection organization
Prepare & Publish dashboards to showcase Vertical/Account performance
Assist team in preparing effective forecast of monthly collections

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor of commerce / Master of commerce
Preferred qualifications
Outstanding drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to immediately contribute in a team environment
Ability to influence peers and leaders across the business, and encourage, champion and lead team members
Well conversant with MS Office including excel
Experience of working on CORA tool would be an added advantage
