Inviting applications for the role of AM,Linguists / Translators Services Compliance
In this role, you will be responsible to translate service records & engineer comments from local languages (French, German, Italian & Spanish) to English and from English to local language (French, German, Italian & Spanish).
Responsibilities
- Translate service records entered by the service engineer / field engineer in local language to English
- Translate R&D engineer comments & responses to service records entered by the service engineer from English to Local language
- Maintain translation data records & review the same with operations manager on a monthly basis
- Should communicate with customer manager for the Translation management System (TMS) for regular updates, trainings & changes to be noted for the process
- Connect with all translators and the core operations teams on a monthly basis to review progress on the translations process
- Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Shift timings between 11am 8pm.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Atleast B2 level certification in the local language (French, German, Italian & Spanish)
- Should be a graduate in any degree
- Rich experience in translations work including Reading, Writing & Speaking
Preferred qualifications
- Should be able to work independently
- A degree in local language (French, German, Italian & Spanish) will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail.
