Urgent Requirement for Pharma Industry,Indore (M.P)

Industry :- Pharma API Plant
Job Title / Department:- Process Engineer - Project
Reports To:- Manager - Project
Location:- Pithampur (M.P)
Educational Qualification:- B.E. (Chemical)
Salary: Upto 4.0 lakhs/Annum (includes 5% performance bonus settled in the completion of financial year.
Experience (in years): 2 to 5 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
S.N. Key Responsibility Areas
1 Documentation work with cGMP.
2 Operating cost and overhead cost calculation.
3 Preparation of design safety plan, process safety plan, HAC layout, source list, Hazop study, HAZID study, HSC plan, ERP, sustainability, environment management plan and waste management plan.
4 Participating in HAZOP Meeting with operation , project , mechanical and environment dept. etc.
5 ETP, RO, MEE, Utility and fraction distillation columns on AUTO CAD Software.
6 Coordination with R&D EHS and Engineering department for PSM (Process Safety Management) related activities
7 Coordination with production, process engineering & other department for new modification drawings.
8 Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.
9 Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.
10 Liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists.
11 Knowledge of process engineering software systems.
12 Overseeing the constructions of new plants.
13 To purchasing and installing equipments.
14 Provide technical input to the commissioning team for timely completion of job.
15 Managing all aspects of projects ex: Planning, Co-Ordination with design consultants, fabricators/vendors /contractors and Ensuring successful completion within the estimated cost and time frame.
