Ensuring training certification is done as per norms Induction , Full and final Settlement Prepare HR letters/ documents Ensure statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, Monthly challans Knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity Payroll Process, preparing salary slips Employee Engagement Maintain training records, training needs and facilitate further employee training Maintain /Update Leave Record Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets Excellent communication skills.
