4) Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements.
5) Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
6) Maintain quality service
7) Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
8.Identify target customers & plan marketing strategies & Sales plan
9.maintain relationships with existing customers,channel partners
10.Research and analyze competitors
11.followup on inquiries, arrange site visit & handle customer concerns
12 Prepare daily,weekly,monthly reports Vs Plan of sales, collections, sales costs
13. Effective use of social media Marketing
14.Effective use of virtual tours during covid pandemic.
