Job Description
Team Leader- Guide team development efforts towards successful product releases.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain HRBluSky.com.
- Collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Senior Developers
- Understand high-level architectural design and patterns
- Build 'full' solutions
- Actively mentor intermediate and junior developers
QA & Automation Test Engineers
- Create and implement testing methods & QA, record the test results, and provide recommendations to improve the product based on the results.
Business Analysts
- Interact with the CEO and subject matter experts in order to understand the business problem and product needs. Gather, document, and analyze requirements. Solve business problems and, as needed, design technical solutions.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companies customer base and ensure it has a strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
