Job Description

Title - P&C Insurance Operations (Voice Process) - AM / Lead
Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should have 5+ years of experience overall experience in P&C Voice.
Candidate should have Excellent communication (Should able to clear the Versant test)
Candidate should have team handling exposure.
Candidate should have Insurance front/back office process (Essential)
Candidate should have Understanding of End to End Claims life cycle (Essential)
Candidate should have Daily staffing planning and management of SLAs & KPIs
Candidate should Ensure weekly basis highs and lows are highlighted and zero surprise frame work implemented.
Develop relationships with client stakeholders- should highlight challenges due to process design and controllable challenges
