Come, be a part of our exciting journeyInviting applications for the role of Vice president, Finance & Accounting OperationsWe are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process management and improvement in a fairly fast paced business environment.
Are you the one we are looking for Responsibilities- Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.
- Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
- Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation
- Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team
- Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
- Ability to manage Large Span of sophisticated business and operations teams.
- Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.
Minimum qualifications
- MBA, Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Preferably Chartered accountant.
- Experience across Finance & Accounting preferably in Consumer goods, retail industry.
- High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
