Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, MicroStrategy Developer
Responsibilities:
- Develop all MicroStrategy related ETL processes and procedures for all dev. work
- Implement report requirements in MicroStrategy (Desktop and Web)
- Building Dossiers, Documents and Reports for Web and Mobile Appl.
- Work closely with Onshore Technical Architect, Offshore Delivery Lead, Business users, IT leadership, developers, database administrators, and client vendors to run the KTLO & enhancements of DWH for one of our key North America Pharma client
- Experience in creating schema and application objects such as attributes, facts, hierarchies, filters, prompts, groups, metrics, transformation metrics and reports etc.
- Knowledge on best practices on MSTR and tune MSTR dashboards/dossiers for perf.
- Creating functional and technical requirements as an input to application design
- Data modeling, diverse schema mid-high knowledge should be useful to pick-up other ETL tools on-demand
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under challenging timelines
Qualifications/ Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a technical discipline preferred
Mainly, from B.E. B. Tech, MCA or Equivalent Degree
- Flexible timing and working experience with offshore-onshore model MicroStrategy experience who can work independently being part of KTLO & Enhancements team for various commercial pharma data warehouse
- Excellent knowledge on MicroStrategy Hyper-Intelligence and Business-Intelligence Reporting, Dashboards. Developed dynamic dashboards, grids, graphs, scorecards, and statistical reporting utilizing MicroStrategy Release 10+ version software
- Experience in working on Intelligent cube and report caches
- Well versed with data warehousing concepts like Star schemas and Snowflake Schemas
Good SQL knowledge, able to comprehend the data and analyze
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to infrastructure design, implementation, support and management solutions
- Knowledge of standard support development frameworks and methodologies
- Familiar with the implemented MicroStrategy security model
- Familiar in a standard development methodology
- Familiar with MicroStrategy Administration Tasks including: Project Administration, User Administration, Intelligent Server Administration
