Job Description
We are looking for an E Commerce Candidate someone has got an exposure of AMS into International Market of E Commerce & have worked at MID Level .
Listing products across international sites like Amazon, Ebay, Bonanza, Walmart, Wish, Noon and across multiple countries.
Translate listing to local country languages with help from service providers.
Optimize listing title, bullets, description and search terms with extensive keyword research using tools like Helium 10 / Brand Analytics.
Setup campaigns, deals, coupons to promote products and take part in festive events across all channels.
Optimize campaigns to meet targets within specified budgets and keep track of required metrics.
Communicate with customers if required to resolve queries, answer questions, and ask for reviews.
Use feedback tools to keep track of ratings and manage feedbacks across marketplaces.
Setup mechanism to ensure consistent product ratings/reviews.
Market products across other social mediums if required.
Co-ordinate with Account POCs across marketplaces to meet business/target requirements.
Prepare business reports from time to time and conduct reconciliations when required.
Track KPIs across across marketplaces.
Identify opportunities in new marketplaces across the globe and evaluate feasibility of selling our products.
Registration, Setup, Listing and Marketing on newly registered marketplaces(wish,walmart,ebay,noon etc.)
Find trending products across marketplaces and share with management to explore business opportunity.
Co-ordinate with multiple internal teams to meet business requirements.
Come up with suggestions/ideas to grow business, improve customer service and expand product offerings.
Account activities related to reviews, feedbacks, customer communication, amazon support follow ups.
