Job Description
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain projects
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Carry out site visits and surveys.
- Supervise the sites on regular basis and to encourage good practice within other members of the design team.
- Assess potential risks, materials and material and labor costs
- Should have excellent knowledge of architectural and materials.
- Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems
- Monitor progress of projects
- Produce reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing detail drawings.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil or similar.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
