Inviting applications for the role of Calypso Quality Analyst in Capital Markets domain

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Calypso Functional Support/Quality Analyst responsible for application support activity.

Key responsibilities & Skills:

  • Support analyst contributes to the application support activity of the information systems of the BO FX delivery team
  • Good functional experience on Calypso to provide functional support analysis for middle and Back Office system and issues raised by business users.
  • Control and contribute to the application support activity of the department
  • Management of incidents, and user requests on perimeter applications, problem management and communication management
  • Crisis and Knowledge management for support
  • Good knowledge on Calypso
  • Good knowledge in Capital Markets Domain, preferably on Fixed Income and FX Asset classes
  • IT skills: Knowledge of SQL Server and / or SYBASE DBMS, Capital Markets software package, ITIL, Excel, Access.
  • Ability to write (procedure, study, specification) and communicate to clients as well as to Client management and CMI

Soft Skills:

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fast learner, able to control and produce high quality systems and documentation
  • Strong cross-group collaboration and relationship management skills including coordinating with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables
